These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of services by DP Window & Gutter Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer. By booking our services you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, and pressure washing services across North London and Greater London. The scope of each job will be agreed with you in advance.
Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the actual work required differs significantly.
- Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Bookings & Access
- You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned.
- If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. We do not process online card payments through this website.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear (e.g. cracked windows, loose or damaged gutters) that may become apparent during cleaning. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to put it right.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
